We are locally owned and operated providing 24 hour, 7 days a week service. Our normal office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00

We offer our quality products and services to Delaware, Grant, Blackford, Jay, Madison, Randolph, Hancock, Henry and Wayne Counties.

We do direct billing to Medicare, Medicaid, the Bureau of Worker's Compensation and private insurance. Our staff is available to answer questions and concerns regarding coverage or payment of bills. Visa and MasterCard are accepted as well as payment plans.
